The automatic cable tie machine SWT25100F is with a fixed cable tie gun. The tie gun tool can be fixed in the table or other places you want. It is triggered by foot pedal. The tying speed is 0.9S pre cable tie.
Description of cable tie gun
1. When operator treads the foot pedal, nylon cable tie would be transferred into the tie gun, automatically wrapped, tighten and cut off.
2. The bundle speed is 0.9S per cable tie. Operator can tie 1800-2400pcs nylon cable ties or more.
3. Metal construction, steel alloy frame of tie gun.
4. Operator turns a knob in the tie gun then adjusts the tension forces.
5. Automatic cable tie machine can deal with loose cable ties T25100. Operator needs to put loose nylon ties into vibration feeder.
6. Automatically detecting jammed: the cable tie machine could detect if cable ties are jammed, automatically clean them and restart.
